D’Ann Lonowski, CEO and Creative Director
D’Ann started Mint Marketing in 2003 with more than 20 years experience in the advertising/direct marketing field. With a degree in graphic design and printing, she has grown into one of the most respected and talented creative minds in the Omaha area. Her philosophy is that the head of the agency should have a hand in all aspects of the client relationship. To this end, D’Ann enjoys taking total accountability for Mint’s creative and tactical direction. She is trusted by her clients as a go-to person they can call any time.
Jeff Lonowski, President and Copy Chief
With 20+ years as a copywriter and marketing manager, Jeff heads the copy department and as such, has final sign-off on every project before it’s presented to the client. Jeff has a degree in journalism and is also a professional photographer and owner of Affordable Photography. He contributes his skills in this area as needed. In addition, Jeff is director for specialty advertising and promotional products.
Jacie Holmes, Creative and Administrative Assistant
Reporting directly to D’Ann, Jacie has a hand in all Mint projects, from design and layout to fulfillment. She has a photography degree and also assists Jeff on photo shoots. Jacie is often the lead on creative projects and is able to juggle many tasks at the same time…a critical skill requiring patience and organization.
Michaela Fredrickson, Designer
Combining strategic marketing, client service and graphic design, Michaela's skill sets are the result of a background that includes experience as marketing assistant for an area credit union and creative intern for another local advertising agency. A graduate of Creighton University, she earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design.
Jennifer Gleason, Director of Web Design and Implementation
Jennifer is the lead website & e-commerce specialist. In addition to her degree in advertising and design, she has over 10 years of experience in the areas of layout, design, html and e-commerce. Jennifer also has extensive experience with search engine optimization & marketing, databases and accessibility requirements; backed up with a thorough knowledge of css, php, asp, javascript, and flash.
Cari Formico, Traffic Coordinator and Administrative Assistant
Cari tracks and documents the progress of each project from start to finish. She brings organizational skills cultivated in the retail industry that allow her to keep each project on track and on time. She is currently a student concentrating her studies to photography and graphic design.
Kelsay, Rocket, Cloe, and Boodle
The Mint animals are a furry fixture at the friendly confines. They offer stress relief to employees and help keep the floor of the lunch area clean. The animals have a strong talent for security and are quick to alert the staff to arrivals from any of the various delivery/mail services. Phone calls have been known to be cut short due to incessant barking. The pets have full health benefits and meals are provided in accordance with their contracts.
